Company

Pacha Group is an enterprise comprising four distinct businesses: two nightclubs, a restaurant and an event-organizing company. The nightclub Pacha La Pineda is the biggest Pacha in Europe and the second in the world, with a capacity of 5000 people. It is famous for its summer DJ parties. The other nightclub La Cage is a classic to-go spot in town. It opened in 1988 and has changed its style to adapt to the new times and give a good moment to the youngest people in that area. The group’s newest club is Soldenit, in the city of Reus. It has already become a favourite for good parties in town and is always busy and full. Lastly, the event-organizing company is responsible for large events like New Year’s parties and concerts, among others.

Problem

The company needed to refresh their promotion strategies for the nightclubs, design the new menus of the restaurant and do the advertising for all the events.

Approach

I start a new style for the flyers of both nightclubs, fresh and younger style. Also, I created a new menu for the restaurant and took some pictures to promote it on the social media. I adapted the strategy for all the events.

Solution

Outcomes

Pacha nightclubs received an increment in customer visits from all parts of Europe to watch the top DJs, with ticket sold-outs for regular and VIP areas. The restaurant received some awards from the city for the good food and the events were quite popular. Most of them were sold out.
