Company
La Comercial Cash is a brand new concept of supermarkets that arrived in Seville, Spain from Mexico. This new concept offers self-service check-out for customers, a novel way to facilitate the purchase.
Problem
The company CEO requested the design of the brand identity of the supermarkets. They needed the logo, branding, merchandising, labelling, employee uniforms and additional material needed prior to the supermarket opening.
Approach
The branding and logo were based on the Mexican origins of the store, and the logo was redesigned to better present this new concept.

Solution
The whole brand identity was developed, using the pelican as the store symbol. The pelican was freshly designed, giving only a slight hint of the Mexican predecessor of the brand.
Outcomes
The materials were widely accepted during the store opening, and customers appreciated the connection of this new purchase concept to a prestigious international brand.
